■Position： ACQUISITIONS
■Reporting： to the Head of Acquisitions.
■Responsibilities：
1. Sourcing of real estate transactions
2. Underwrite transactions
3. Direct/Perform Due Diligence for Acquisitions
4. Documentation/Closing Acquisitions
5. Efficient transfer of acquired properties to asset management
■Required： - Experience - Qualifications - Competencies
1. Track record of relevant acquisitions experience within real estate, and/or at least 2～3 years of experience in private equity acquisitions
2. Experience in (retail, industrial, office, development, Residence) property types desirable Work experience in RE Fund
3. Firm understanding of financial concepts and underwriting techniques
4. Certified Real Estate Appraisal preferred
5. Bachelors degree in related field with advanced degree preferred
7. Japanese native speaker Good conversational English ability preferred
