■Position： Associate ASSET MANAGEMENT
Develop and execute strategies to maximize performance of real estate investments and achieve investment strategy goals.
■Reporting： to the Associate Director in Asset Management
■Based in： Tokyo
■Responsibilities：
1. Perform asset management of acquired properties
2. Develop portfolio and property strategies to maximize performance
3. Review and critically comment on due diligence performed by Acquisitions team
4. Review due diligence reports, including environmental, structural, title/survey,
etc
■Required - Experience- Qualifications - Competencies：
1. At least 3years Japanese market real estate experience
2. Bachelor's degree
3. Japanese native speaker required with good conversational English ability preferred.
こちらのAM(アセットマネージャー)は、ポートフォリオマネージメント的な内容を含んだものですので、
数字管理などまでを含めたAMをご経験の方が対象となります。
セクション内のバランスを考慮して30代前半までの方が理想。
