マネージメントあり（トータル6～7名）
■POSITION： Design Leader
■RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Design / development of Turbochargers for Diesel & Gasoline engines
2. Interaction with the customer during development phase in designing the customer interface.
3. Preparation of BOM, drawings and specifications.
4. CATIA, Pro-E and FEA analysis
5. Customer support on OE & field complaints related to application engineering.
6. Documentation meeting quality systems.
7. Technical support to plant whenever required.
8. Interaction with Honeywell global organization
9. Manage 3 permanent and 3 – 4 temp employees
■QUALIFICATION：
●Essential：
1. Degree / PG degree in Mechanical or Automobile engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from automotive supplier company.
3. Knowledge on Diesel or Petrol engines.
4. Thorough knowledge on CATIA, Pro-E, FEA tools.
5. Knowledge on design standards (ISO, DIN, ASME, SAE etc).
6. Good analytical and communication skills.
7. Thorough knowledge on MS-Office tools.
8. English language skill is a must (TOEIC 800 and above)
●Added advantage：
1. Knowledge on engine Air and fuel management systems.
2. Experience as a Group leader.
3. QS 9000 or TS16949 systems.
4. Experience on automotive components.
5. Experience of handling automotive OEM customers
