■サマリー：
経営上の意思決定、事業ポートフォリオの構築,企業ファイナンス戦略および対外的に公表される財務諸表の作成など、日系外資系問わずCFOあるいはコントローラー経験者 完全なバイリンガル 部署内10名マネージメント要 40～50代可 マネージメントスキル必須
■Key Roles and Responsibilities：
This position reports to CEO of Japan operationally on a day to day basis and functionally to the head office’s Group Financial Controller. You will oversee the entire finance function (including but not limited to accounting, treasury, tax) of the Japan operations including the project companies holding Japan assets and leading the Japan Finance team. You will advise Japan CEO and Business Unit Heads on all finance-related matters.
■Job Specification：
1. Possess a degree majoring in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent, with at least 10 to 12 years’ relevant experience, the last 3 to 5 years in similar financial controller position
2. Must be familiar with Japan Accounting Standards (JGAAP) and International Accounting Standards (IFRS).
3. Relevant working experience in Real Estate industry will be advantageous
4. Experienced in dealing with auditors and financial institutions (i.e. banks)
5. Possess a high level of integrity, independent and strong analytical skills
6. High level of proficiency in English, i.e. spoken, written and listening.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
